While she is in the top 1.5% as a Realtor® nationwide, she only takes one listing at a time, dedicating herself to all aspects of helping prepare their home for the market with her dedicated team:

• Billing escrow to avoid any out-of-pocket costs to the client

• Completing a comprehensive disclosure package to minimize any risk to the sellers

• Hosting the brokers’ tour and open house

Lynn has achieved the distinction in the top 1.5% as a Realtor®️ nationwide for the last 5 years (Real Trends 2022). She has been in the industry for the past 19 years in the Bay Area with The Agency and formerly with Compass and Alain Pinel Realtors®️.

Lynn is a licensed real estate agent drawing on her wealth of experience helping clients and is a fourth-generation Bay Area resident, who has lived in Los Altos for 36 years. She was the past president of her neighborhood association. Lynn is the Chair of Front Porch Foundation, has been the Chair of the Board of Sunny View’s Foundation since 1999, and was previously a board director leading various committees with Front Porch since 2004. She continues to serve in various leadership roles in the Immanuel Lutheran Church of Los Altos.
